June 10th Food Share Event at Central
On June 10th, Central will host a Food Share event which provides groceries to families in the Steele Creek community. Please volunteer on Friday morning, June 10th, from 9:45 -11:45 am. We expect a high demand since families must address higher grocery needs as children will be starting summer vacation as well as the increased cost of food. Loaves and Fishes provides frozen meat, fresh produce, and other groceries. The boxes of groceries are distributed from 10:30 - 11:30 am in the parking lot. Participants come to the church campus so that boxes can be loaded into their cars. The food box is free but participants must pre-register.
